An All-Party Parliamentary Group on Crypto and Digital Assets has been set up to advise parliament on the development of digital assets in the UK, and to promote effective regulation of the market. The APPG delivered its first report in June 2023:
A Task Force on fund tokenisation has been created by the Treasury, incorporating the Investment Association, the FCA and senior representatives from the investment industry. The group sets out to open the way for fund tokenisation in the UK market. Their interim report was published in November 2023:
